the location is close to the train stations. the studio apartment on the fourth floor was very clean with good linens. there were enough towels and nice stickers on the cabinets doors about what you can find there. i appreciated the warm atmosphere with air conditioning.

the support team was not very responsive. i had trouble with the password, and they didn't respond quickly. it took quite a while to get assistance at the front door.

The location is perfect. there are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. it is near the train station, comercio, and the reina sofia museum. It's easy to find from atocha station.

the kitchen is equipped with cleaning stuff, and shampoo and conditioner is in the bathroom. the studio had a smart tv with netflix etc. the full-size hairdryer was also a nice detail. a coffee machine was included.

the apartment was very clean. it had everything i needed for my short stay. the location is convenient (it's just a few blocks from the train station). this is great for short stays when connecting here.

the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. it made my back hurt a little. also, i noticed a burnt popcorn smell from the blowhole at night (around 4 or 5 am). it woke me up, and i was afraid of a fire in the building.

the location near the train station was very convenient. i was able to take a day trip very easily. the cleanliness was very good (i appreciate a clean space). the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the entrance to the apartment was inconvenient. i hope the money will be invested in replacing the old door mechanism. the water in the shower didn't drain properly, as if there was a blockage. there were no soaps or towels in the kitchen.

The location near the train station was convenient. The apartment had air conditioning..

The apartment I received differed greatly from the photos. The loveseat had stains, and I covered it with a sheet. A mop and bucket stayed in the corner of the living room. The upstairs neighbor made noise throughout the night. I slept only three hours before my flight home.
